XCharity Anne Pappas, 620 Forest Ridge Drive, Boardman, and Thomas Randall Kurz Jr., 7294 Forest Hill Ave., Poland, are announcing their engagement and coming marriage.
The daughter of Zane and Ann Pappas, 2908 Ray St., Youngstown, and the son of Thomas and Benita Kurz, 3 Fieldcrest Court, Fleetwood, Pa., are planning an open ceremony for 1:30 p.m. July 23 at Poland New Life church. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Packard Music Hall, Warren.
The bride-elect is studying special education at Youngstown State University. Mr. Kurz is doing pastoral studies through Berean School of the Bible, an online school affiliated with Assemblies of God.
