NABF tourney begins today

STRUTHERS -- A day after one tournament ended, two more begin at Cene Park.
The Connie Mack tournament ended on Wednesday, and the National Amateur Baseball Federation will have Junior (16-under) and Senior (18-under) double elimination tournaments beginning today.
The junior division has five teams, including three from the class little b league. Astro Falcons, R & amp; J Trucking and LF Wolf Contracting will be joined by the Buffalo (N.Y.) Mustangs and the Huntington (W.Va.) Hounds.
The winner of the tournament will head to the NABF Junior World Series in Northville, Mich., starting on July 27.
The senior division has seven teams and will feature three teams from the Class B league. Astro Falcons, Rondinelli Tuxedo and R & amp; J Trucking will play against the Ohio Yankees, Hempfield (Pa.) Hammers, Ontario, Canada Astros and Seneca Valley (Pa.).
The senior division will be played with wooden bats with the winner advancing to the NABF World Series in Jackson, Miss., starting on August 3.
Play will continue through Sunday in the tournament.
The NABF was established in 1914 in Louisville, Ky., and is the oldest continually operated national baseball organization in the country.
