XSTRUTHERS -- Announcement is being made by Matthew D. Sr. and Rosie Mastell of Struthers of the engagement and coming marriage of their daughter, Marci Mastell, also of Struthers, and Raymond Vogelberger, son of Gary and Susan Vogelberger, all of Poland.
Invitations will be issued for a 3 p.m. ceremony Dec. 23 at St. Charles Church in Boardman and an evening reception at the Maronite Center, Youngstown.
The bride-elect holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education from Bethany College, Bethany, W.Va., and a master's in special education from Youngstown State University. She is a teacher in the Columbiana Exempted Village School District.
The prospective groom graduated from the New Castle School of Trades in electrical technology. He is an electrician with Local 64 IBEW at RLM Electric in Poland.
