Area churches offering vacation Bible school activities include:
Ohltown United Methodist Church, 2001 Ohltown Road, Austintown, 9:30 to 12:30 p.m. (lunch included), July 25-29. Children ages 4 through 6. "Viva Mexico! South of the Border With Jesus" is the theme. Closing program July 31, 9:45 a.m.
Trinity Lutheran Church, 78 E. Liberty St., Girard, 9:30 to noon. Aug. 1-5. The theme will be "Davey and Goliath Circus Spectacular." Donation of $15 per child will be accepted, scholarships are available if needed. Information: (330) 545-6210.
Cornersburg Baptist, 3898 Tippecanoe Road, Youngstown, 9 a.m. to noon. July 25-29. The theme will be "Ramblin Road Trip". The program will feature Bible stories, crafts, music, snacks and recreation. Mecca Community Church, 5920 Phillips Rice Road, Cortland, 6 to 9 p.m. Monday through July 23. The theme will be the "Construction Zone -- Building Character Like Jesus." There will be no cost to attend, and all children ages 4 years through sixth grade are invited.
