XBOTKINS -- Richard and Reba Withrow, 18914 Metz Road, are announcing the engagement and coming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Withrow, same address, to Mark Hilbun, 2583 Alpine Court, Sidney, son of James and Linda Hilbun, 133 N. Colonial Drive, Cortland.
Invitations will be issued for the 2:30 p.m. ceremony Aug. 13 at Grace Lutheran Church, Jackson Center, and a reception to follow at The Palazzo in Botkins.
Miss Withrow is a teacher at Benjamin Logan Schools in Bellfontaine after earning a bachelor's degree at Bluffton University.
Mr. Hilbun is a teacher for Sidney City Schools after earning a bachelor's at Youngstown State University.
