JAMIE HUNTERVICTOR BERLON JR.
XPOLAND -- Victor W. Berlon Jr., 1807 Halbert Drive, and his bride, the former Jamie M. Hunter, 240 Argyle Ave., Boardman, honeymooned in Jamaica following their marriage at 1:30 p.m. May 28 at Holy Family Church.
Afterward the couple accepted congratulations during a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman.
Parents of the bride are Jerry and Doreen Hunter of the Argyle Avenue address. The groom is a son of Vic and Colleen Berlon, 210 Argyle Ave., Boardman.
The bride wore a white, Italian satin gown fashioned with a halter bodice and A-line skirt, and trimmed with scattered pearls, rhinestones and crystals.
Periwinkle gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Lisa Glozer, and bridesmaids, Jennifer Loftus; Melissa Guterba, cousin of the bride; Kristi Ciavarella; Ashley Ekis; and Marnie and Katie Berlon, sisters of the groom. Carly Berlon, also a sister of the groom, was junior bridesmaid.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Michael Berlon, and groomsmen were Bill Loftus; Mike Latessa; Jerry Hunter, brother of the bride; Mike Loftus; Sean Casey; and Vic Franceschelli. The groom's cousins, Max Jenkins and Kyle and Mark Kachmer, served as ushers, and Will Landers, also his cousin, was junior groomsman.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education, Mrs. Berlon is a pharmacy technician with Kids N Cures in Boardman. The groom is an electrician with Gulu Electric in Youngstown.
