INDIANAPOLIS -- Chauncey Billups scored 20 points and Tayshaun Prince had 16 points and seven rebounds to lead Detroit. It was the second meeting between the teams since Nov. 19, when Pacers players brawled with Pistons fans in Detroit after Ben Wallace shoved Ron Artest. Both games have been in Indianapolis, and both times the Pistons have won. The teams face each for the last time in the regular season March 25 at Detroit. That will be Indiana's first trip back to the Palace of Auburn Hills since the fight. Detroit won its second straight after losing four in a row, while Indiana has lost three straight and dropped under .500 for only the second time this season. The Pistons used runs of 13-2 and 6-0 to build a 39-25 lead they never relinquished. Wallace finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds for Detroit. Jermaine O'Neal led the Pacers with 27 points and nine rebounds.

CHICAGO -- Jannero Pargo scored all 14 of his points in the fourth quarter and Andres Nocioni added 17 points off the bench as Chicago got 63 points from its reserves. Eric Piatkowski added 16 points for Chicago, which extended its winning streak to five games. The Bulls have won 12 of their last 13 games and eight straight at home. The Bulls haven't won eight in a row on their home court since a 10-game winning streak from Feb. 28-April 11, 1998. The Bobcats have dropped 10 straight and have the NBA's worst road record, 1-18. They have lost 16 of 17 overall since winning three of four games from Dec. 14-22. Kareem Rush had 24 points for the Bobcats and Jason Hart added 17 points. Rush was 6-of-8 from 3-point range. The Bulls led 50-44 at the half. Luol Deng scored all of his 12 points in the half. Chicago's reserves contributed 63 points.
