The Youngstown Central Area Community Improvement Corp. also heard these reports from its property committee and executive director Jason T. Whitehead:
Agreed to hire Ohio One Corp. to oversee the painting of various suites in the George V. Voinovich Center, owned by CIC. The job will be done by Bochert Bros. Painting & amp; Decorating of Boardman for $27,680. Ohio One will be paid $4,152 to oversee the job.
Tabled a planned move of CIC's offices from the Voinovich Center to the Phar-Mor Centre for more study.
Learned that the $7 million Mahoning County Children Services Board building will be finished by Monday. The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will move in sometime in February, and the CSB will move in the beginning of April.
