JAMES R. PETUCH
Hometown: Boardman
Current position: Manager of support services and recycling at Youngstown State University since 2001.
Experience: Formerly worked as program manager and recycling for Mahoning County Solid Waste District; recycling, litter prevention and environmental education specialist, Youngstown Health Department.
Education: Bachelor's degree in education from Slippery Rock University.
JAMES G. JEREK
Hometown: Boardman
Current position: Business manager, Mahoning County Solid Waste District, since 1990.
Experience: Has handled responsibilities as business manager, fiscal officer and administrative officer at MCSWD.
Education: Bachelor's degree from YSU; additional coursework at Hiram College and Kent State University.
THEODORE M. DUNCHAK
Hometown: Canfield
Current position: Self-employed consulting engineer since 2001 and has provided consulting services to the solid waste and construction industries.
Experience: Former general manager, construction manager and district engineer for Browning-Ferris Industries. Worked for BFI from 1989 to February 2001.
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University; certified registered professional engineer.
WILLIAM J. BUTCHER
Hometown: Salem
Current position: Regional clean pack manager, Clean Harbors Environmental Services Inc., Cleveland, since December 2003. Managed the company's household hazardous waste program.
Experience: He has worked at Clean Harbors since October 1992 as a chemist, account manager and technical services general manager.
Education: Bachelor's degree in biology from Heidelberg College, Tiffin, Ohio.
DENNIS C. FITZGERALD II
Hometown: Masury
Current position: None.
Experience: Retired from the Navy this month after serving 20 years. He served as electronics division supervisor with the Navy's Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, Va.
Education: Associate degree in general studies, Central Texas College, Killeen, Texas, and bachelor's degree in information technology from American Intercontinental University.
