WOMEN'S TOP 25 No. 15-ranked Texas dumps No. 4 Baylor

AUSTIN, Texas -- Nina Norman scored 17 points, including eight in a key two-minute stretch late in the second half, to lead No. 15 Texas to a 69-55 win over No. 4 Baylor on Saturday.
Tiffany Jackson added 18 points and eight rebounds for Texas (10-6, 3-2 Big 12), which used a 15-2 run to close the game.
The win could was much needed for the Longhorns, who had lost four of their previous six games in a season that started with expectations of reaching the Final Four.
Sophia Young led Baylor (13-3, 3-2) with 13 points and 12 rebounds. The Lady Bears didn't score a field goal over the final 7:48.
No. 20 Kansas State 55, No. 10 Texas Tech 53
LUBBOCK, Texas -- Kendra Wecker made a layup with 7.4 seconds left to cap a 19-point performance and lead Kansas State to the upset.
The Wildcats (14-3, 5-1 Big 12) got the ball to Wecker when they needed points and she delivered, scoring the their final seven. The loss snapped an eight-game win streak for Tech (14-3, 5-1). The Lady Raiders scored on three of their last 11 possessions.
Kansas State's Laurie Koehn scored 12 points. LaToya Davis scored 16 points for Tech.
No. 13 Connecticut 64, Seton Hall 47
HARTFORD, Conn. -- Barbara Turner and Jessica Moore each scored 14 points to help Connecticut extend its winning streak over Seton Hall to 21 games.
The Huskies (12-4, 5-0 Big East) dominated inside, outscoring the Pirates 34-14 in the paint. UConn freshman Charde Houston had a career-high 13 rebounds and the Huskies finished with a 40-27 edge on the boards.
Ashley Bush tied a career high with 22 points to lead the Pirates (10-8, 2-5).
No. 19 Iowa State 74, Nebraska 54
AMES, Iowa -- Anne O'Neil scored 15 points and Iowa State tied a school record with its 12th straight victory.
Katie Robinette, Mary Fox and Lyndsey Medders each scored 14 points for the Cyclones (15-1, 5-0 Big 12), who matched the best start in school history.
Nebraska (11-7, 3-3) was playing its fourth straight game against a ranked opponent.
