Joseph L. Warner, 26, Norman Avenue, Alliance; misuse of a credit card, theft (two counts) and breaking and entering.
Terry A. Gray, 19, Detroit Avenue, Youngstown; assault.
Michael J. Colon, 51, Highmeadow Drive, Canfield, and Darlington Avenue, Youngstown; improperly handing a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Haryl Dabney, 37, Scioto Avenue, Youngstown; failure to comply with an order of signal of a police officer.
Thomas R. Yozwiak, 44, Alvacardo Street, Canfield; driving under the influence of alcohol.
Joseph M. Guy, 26, Bullhead City, Ariz.; felonious assault.
Charles R. Rollins, 34, South Cadillac Drive, Boardman; cultivation of marijuana.

Joseph Corroto, 50, Bristlewood Drive, Boardman; aggravated vehicular assault, failure to stop after an accident or collision, driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain an assured clear distance.
