WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Justin Gray scored 25 points, including a season-high six 3-pointers, to lead No. 4 Wake Forest to an 81-66 victory over Maryland on Tuesday night.
Gray, who had 31 points in Saturday's win at Clemson, made his first four 3s of the game for the Demon Deacons (14-1, 3-0 Atlantic Coast Conference).
Chris Paul finished with 14 points and Eric Williams had 12 points and 10 rebounds for Wake Forest.
Nik Caner-Medley had 18 points for the Terrapins (9-4, 1-2), who were coming off a 36-point loss at No. 3 North Carolina.
No. 6 Oklahoma State. 78, Missouri 68
STILLWATER, Okla. -- Joey Graham scored a season-high 27 points for Oklahoma State, John Lucas added 18 and coach Eddie Sutton tied his mentor Henry Iba for seventh place on the career victories list.
The Cowboys (12-1, 2-0 Big 12) took the lead for good with two free throws from Stephen Graham midway through the second half and held off the Tigers (9-6, 1-1), who moved within a point three times.
Sutton improved to 767-293 in his career, which included stints at Creighton, Arkansas and Kentucky before he returned to his alma mater in 1990. Sutton played for Iba at Oklahoma State and got his coaching start under him.
Linas Kleiza scored 24 points to lead Missouri.
No. 19 Louisville 107, Southern Miss 62
HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Francisco Garcia had 25 points to lead five Cardinals in double figures. Ellis Myles had 20 points for Louisville (13-3, 2-1 Conference USA), which led by as many as 48 points and shot 57 percent from the field in the Golden Eagles' worst home loss in school history.
Rashaad Carruth had a career-high 25 points for Southern Miss (9-6, 0-3).
No. 23 Alabama 64, Arkansas 61
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Earnest Shelton scored 18 points and Kennedy Winston had nine of his 13 in the second half for Alabama.
Ronnie Brewer had 15 points for Arkansas (13-3, 1-2 Southeastern Conference), which got within 63-61, but Winston made one of two free throws with 9.8 seconds left to give the Crimson Tide (13-3, 2-1) a three-point lead. Eric Ferguson missed an open 3-pointer with two seconds left that could have tied the score.
Chuck Davis had 17 points and nine rebounds for Alabama.
