AARP 2520
XThe executive board of the Poland Chapter 2520, AARP, will meet at noon Monday at the Poland United Methodist Church, 1940 Boardman-Poland Road. A general meeting will follow at 1 p.m. Non-perishable items will be collected for the church food pantry. Guest speaker will be Corkey Pike from the new YMCA.
BETHEL ELDERBERRIES
XBethel Elderberries will meet for lunch at noon Thursday at the church. The Rev. Connie Sassanello of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Salem will give a Lenten message. For reservations call (330) 758-1892.
CAMPBELL
XA meeting of Campbell Senior Citizens will be held from noon to 4 p.m. March 1 at The Oak View in Struthers. Blood pressures will be taken from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m., and a presentation will be given by James Mattes of the Social Security Administration. Lunch will be served at 2 p.m., and afterward table games will be played. Membership dues will be collected. Call Kay Shabella at (330) 755-0459 by Thursday for reservations or cancellations.
COMMERCIAL INTERTECH
XLou Pizzuto will preside and a Chinese auction will be held when retirees of Commercial Intertech meet at noon Tuesday at Sam Camens Center. Lunch will be served, and host and hostess will be Ron and Eve Bennett.
ERIE RAILROAD
XErie Mahoning Valley Railroad Association will meet at noon Tuesday at Lucianno's Restaurant, 1732 Raccoon Road, Austintown. After lunch there will be reports on the health and welfare of railroad retirees. Birthdays and anniversaries will be observed.
GIRARD
XGirard Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the senior center. A valentine luncheon will be served after the business meeting. Cost is $2. Dues of $7 are still payable.
HOLY FAMILY
XA meeting of Holy Family Seniors will be held at noon Monday at the K. of C. Hall in Poland. There will be a 50-50 drawing, cards and bingo. Annual dues of $4 will be collected; those unable to attend the meeting should send their check to Lora Opsitnik, 138 Iroquois St., Struthers, Ohio 44471. Hosts will be Ida and Al Miller, and canned goods and paper products for the Poland Food Pantry will be collected.
HOLY NAME
XHoly Name Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Feb. 27 in Founders Hall. Wilma Kutlick will preside, and reports will be given by Alice Chizmar, Virginia Miller and Ann Tumpak. On the lunch committee will be Amy and Wilma Kutlick, Marge Bada and Ann Semko. Cards and bingo will be played, birthdays will be honored, and drawings will be held.
LIBERTY
XNoami Tremba will preside when Liberty Senior Citizens meets at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Church Hill United Methodist Church fellowship hall. The program will be presented by the Liberty High School Show Choir directed by Donna Popio. Hosts will be Cora Fetters, Rosemary Demi, and Ralph and Rebecca McCauley. Members should take a sack lunch; tea and coffee will be provided.
MARTHA LUPSE
XBridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Nancy DeRose will lead devotions, and there will be a pizza party at noon. For information call (330) 757-1980.

XAndy Douglass will give a talk on AustinWoods Nursing Center when the Retired Registered Nurses meets at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Western Reserve United Methodist Church, Canfield Road. Refreshments will be served.

XSt. Christine Senior Citizens will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Gutman Hall with Harriet Moschella presiding. Jeanne Baechly and Mary Jo Theis will give reports. Pizza will be served, and there will be door prizes and a 50-50 drawing.
STS. PETER AND PAUL
XA meeting of Sts. Peter and Paul Senior Citizens is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ukrainian Center.
Serving on the lunch committee will be Ann Smith, Millie Kenney, Eleanor Chetsko and Elizabeth Bradford. Cards and bingo will follow.
SILVER AND GOLD
XThe Silver and Gold Senior Citizens will meet Tuesday at St. Stephen of Hungary Church after the noon Mass. Hosts will be Steve Novak, John Nyers and Helen Orotsz. Dues will be collected.
