PREP BASKETBALL Wilson's big final quarter tops Beavers

The Redmen rallied behind Justin Maxwell, William Johnson and Bert Prichard.
LISBON -- Woodrow Wilson rallied for 33 points in the final period and pulled out a 76-66 victory over Beaver Local Saturday in boys regular season play.
Justin Maxwell, William Johnson and Bert Prichard scored 26 of those 33 points in the final quarter to lead the Redmen, now 4-14.
Maxwell led all scorers with 21 points, while Johnson added 19 and Prichard hit for 12. The Redmen trailed most of the contest after falling behing 14-0 to open the contest.
Beaver Local (8-12) was led by Ryan Lynch and Chad Gray with 20 points each.
Warren JFK 46, Lisbon 38
LISBON -- J.J. Townsend scored 15 points as Warren JFK overcame a slow start to defeat Lisbon.
The Eagles, who trailed 10-8 after one period, outscored the Blue Devils 26-16 the next two en route to their 10th victory in 18 games.
Marcus Judy led Lisbon (12-8) with 13 points.
Girls regular season
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS -- Lutheran East took control in the second period and never trailed again as it defeated Youngstown Christian 45-37 Saturday.
Amber Cross led the winners (12-8) with 15 points, while Youngstown Christian (8-12) was led by Rachel Coristin and Vicki Bankhead with eight points each. Coristin also had seven rebounds.
Youngstown Christian will next play in the Division IV tournament Tuesday at Liberty against Lordstown at 6 p.m.
Sharon 56, Hickory 53, OT
SHARON, Pa. -- Brittany Csatlos tossed in 24 points to lead Sharon past Hickory in an overtime contest here.
The Tigers (20-4) outscored the Hornets 9-6 in the extra period to take the win as Kara Golci added 13 points in the victory.
Hickory (20-4) was led by Sherie Marshall with 20 points and Deandre Evans added 13.
