XBOARDMAN -- Announcement of the engagement of Jamie Hunter, daughter of Jerry and Doreen Hunter, 240 Argyle Ave., and Victor Berlon Jr., son of Vic and Colleen Berlon, 210 Argyle Ave., is being made by the parents.
The couple's open-church ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m. May 28 at Holy Family Church in Poland, and a reception by invitation will take place that evening at The Georgetown.
Miss Hunter is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in early childhood education and is employed as a pharmacy technician at Kids N Cures Pharmacy in Boardman.
Mr. Berlon is employed as a electrician by RLM Electric in Boardman.
