CANTON --The Malone College School of Theology will have an information meeting on its master's of arts in Christian Ministries program at 6 p.m. Sept. 22 in Mitchell Hall, room 201, 515 25th Street NW.

Speaker at college
CANTON -- Dr. Tony Campolo, preacher, educator and founder of the Evangelical Association for the Promotion of Education, will speak at Malone College 10 a.m. Sept. 16 in the Center for Worship and the Fine Arts (First Christian Church), at 2600 Cleveland Ave.
Dr. Campolo, emeritus professor of sociology at Eastern University in St. David's, Pa., has written 32 books. He has also developed and nurtured schools, literacy centers, orphanages, camps and long-term Christian service programs in Haiti, the Dominican Republics, Africa, Canada and through the United States.

Fall conference
AKRON -- Ligonier Ministries Fall Conference, "Chosen by God," is planned Sept. 16-17 at the John S. Knight Center, 77 E. Mill St.
Dr. R.C. Sproul, author, theologian and Christian radio teacher, will speak on "All Christians Believe This Doctrine" and "Is God Unfair?" Dr. Derek W. H. Thomas, a teacher at the Reformed Theological Seminary, Jackson, Miss., will speak on "Almighty Over All" and "The Bondage of the Will."
