INDICTMENTS Mahoning County



A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Shawn Higgs on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon; Vanessa West on charges of forgery and receiving stolen property; and Jerome Wright on charges of illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle. The grand jury did indict the following people, according to a report issued Thursday:
Christopher Washington, 35, Berkley Avenue, Youngstown, possessing criminal tools, receiving stolen property.
Shawn Keith Carver, 20, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, and Joseph P. Lanham, 18, Scott Street, Alliance, 10 counts breaking and entering, five counts vandalism, burglary, theft.
Jennifer L. Poling, 24, Compass West, Austintown, aggravated drug possession.
Gino A. Felasco, 41, Joan Circle, Campbell, possession of dangerous drugs, drug possession.
Garrett T. McCullough, 24, Carter Circle, Boardman, heroin possession.
Terrence T. Hill, 19, Saranac Avenue, Youngstown, and Raymond J. Simon, 20, Cambridge Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property, attempted theft.
Michael J. Lattanzio III, 51, Glendale Avenue, Boardman, receiving stolen property.
Miles B. Hogan, 41, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with a police officer, breaking and entering, vandalism.
Eric B. Davidson, 24, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, aggravated assault.
Robert Concalves, 22, Shalisma Drive, Youngstown, and Rodrick Jeter, 20, Parkcliffe, Youngstown, receiving stolen property, possessing criminal tools.
Frank Coscarelli, 48, Rescue Mission, Youngstown, aggravated menacing.
John Houser Jr., 20, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation.
Jarrell Houston, 22, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, and Brandon J. Ravnell, Cornell Avenue, Youngstown, two counts improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle.
Steve A. Makosky, 61, North Heights Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated arson.
Michael R. Maynard, 24, North Osbourne Avenue, Youngstown, and Brett Wilson, 25, Tyrell Avenue or West Warren Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated robbery with gun specification, illegal weapon possession, improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle.
Tyriek Johnson, 25, Ridge Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession, possession of drugs.
Robert A. Hornbuckle, 44, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, abduction, felonious assault with firearm specification, illegal gun possession.
James McGahan, 21, East Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault with firearm specification.
Lindsey M. Hawn, 21, Oneta Street, Youngstown, and Alice M. Williams, 45, Manhattan Avenue, Youngstown, five counts receiving stolen property, forgery.
Edward E. Blackmon Jr., 17, North Yorkshire Avenue, Austintown, receiving stolen property.
Stacey A. Guy, 24, Youngstown Poland Road, Struthers, and Angelina Benedis, 26, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault.
Tiffany Bungard, 34, Westchester Drive, Austintown, and John M. Poprosky, 51, Westchester Drive, Austintown, endangering children, heroin possession.
Nicholas Nacaroto, 45, Budd Street, Masury, cocaine possession.
Tyrone Taylor, 46, Thornton Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.
Samuel J. Pete, 19, Haymen Street, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.
Michael L. Wesley, 42, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Youngstown, failure to report change of address.
The grand jury also issued three secret indictments -- one for two counts of drug trafficking, one for four counts of drug trafficking and one for three counts of cocaine trafficking.
Columbiana County
The Columbiana County grand jury this week returned 43 indictments, including five open cases. They are:
Craig D. Fisher, 35, of Club House Drive, West Middlesex, Pa., possession of drugs.
Michael L. Weyand, 37, of Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, burglary and theft.
James V. Rhodes, 33, of Gladstone Street, Youngstown, theft.
James A. Lambert, 50, of Main Street, Leetonia, assault, possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.
Glenn R. Kennedy II, 40, of Johnson Road, Lisbon, trafficking in drugs and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
