XCHICAGO -- Plans for their autumn wedding are being revealed by Christie Ryder and Joseph A. Ascione, both of 1080 N. Paulina.
The couple have chosen The Beach House Restaurant on the Hawaiian island of Kauai as the setting for their wedding at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 8 and for their reception afterward. Invitations will be issued for both.
Parents of the bride-elect are Paul and Chris Ryder, 3643 Pin Oaks St., Sarasota, Fla. She graduated with a degree in communications from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., and is a real estate broker with Koenig and Strey Real Estate in Chicago.
Joseph and Jackie Ascione, 136 Creston Drive, Boardman, are parents of the future groom. He earned a bachelor's degree in human biology at Ohio University in Athens and his doctorate in chiropractic at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Ill. He is a chiropractic physician in Chicago and a firefighter-paramedic with the city of Park Ridge in Illinois.
