AN EYE ON DETAIL: Mike Hall, a member of Inspired Heights of Rockford, Ill., a crew of Christian-based specialists in church restoration, dips more paint onto his brush while working at the First Presbyterian Church in Warren. The church has been under renovation since April, and work is expected to be done in late September.
