He will not be sentenced until a pre-sentencing investigation is completed.

WARREN -- A former Warren pediatrician has pleaded no contest to 19 counts of practicing medicine without a license.
Dr. Jitander N. Kalia, 66, of Vienna, will be sentenced later; a pre-sentencing investigation was ordered.
Kalia formerly practiced medicine at 247 Homewood Ave. S.E. He entered the pleas Thursday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court in front of Judge John Stuard, who then found him guilty.
He agreed to plead no contest in exchange for dropping illegal processing of drug documents charges, said David Toepfer, assistant county prosecutor.
Kalia could face up to 12 months in prison on each count or could be placed on a supervised release program, Toepfer said.
Accusations
The charges stem from accusations that Kalia continued to see patients and write prescriptions for a few months after his medical license had been removed.
According to the Ohio Medical Board, Kalia's license was permanently revoked Aug. 11, 2004, based on improper prescribing and/or failure to conform to minimal standards of care with respect to treatment of four pediatric patients.
He was also put on probation for two years by the medical board Dec. 11, 2002, for having been found guilty of a misdemeanor count of sexual imposition.
In January 2002, he was convicted in Warren Municipal Court of sexual imposition and was sentenced to five years of probation and 100 hours of community service. Kalia was accused of kissing a secretary in his office Dec. 13, 2000.
