July selection to start for 3rd man's trial

YOUNGSTOWN -- Jury selection begins Monday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for the third man charged with killing a teenager in November 2003.
Keon L. Richardson, 21, of Park Vista Drive, faces a charge of aggravated murder with a firearm specification. He can get life imprisonment if convicted on the murder charge and an additional five years for the firearm specification.
Richardson is represented by Atty. Mark Lavelle.
Police said Richardson and two other men, Glenn R. Scott, 22, and Stephan Breedlove, 20, killed James Revere, 16, as he sat in his car on Hayman Street on Nov. 23, 2003.
Judge Durkin gave life sentences to Scott and Breedlove after they were found guilty in their June trial for their roles in Revere's death.
