Leadership group to host reunion gala on May 10



YOUNGSTOWN -- Leadership Mahoning Valley will hold its second annual all-class reunion from 7 to 9 p.m. May 10 at Powers Auditorium.
The evening, dubbed "A Splash of Leadership," will include a wine tasting featuring Debonne Vineyard, a gift basket raffle and entertainment provided by the Dana School of Music of Youngstown State University. Free parking is available.
The LMV Class of 2005 is organizing and hosting the event.
Co-chairmen of the event committee are Dr. Philip Ginnetti, dean of the Beeghly College of Education at Youngstown State University, and Roan Craig, superintendent of the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center.
"This event provides LMV alumni the opportunity to reacquaint themselves with their fellow classmates as well as meet the new class of 2005," said Susan Moorer, executive director of LMV.

Leadership Mahoning Valley is a nonprofit corporation created to identify individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who demonstrate leadership talent and community commitment.
LMV was created in 1994 as a consolidation of the highly successful Leadership Youngstown and Leadership Warren programs, which were established on 1984 and 1988, respectively. More than 800 people from the region have graduated from LMV since 1984.
