Tech center students join society



CANFIELD -- Thirty students from the Mahoning County Career & amp; Technical Center received one of the highest awards for excellence in work force education when they became the newest members of the National Technical Honor Society. The induction ceremony was held recently at the school.
The adviser for the local chapter is Linda Tomko of Warren, who is the MCCTC cosmetology teacher.

The honor society was founded in 1984 and rewards outstanding performance in technical education.
