ASSOCIATIONS
XO-My-O Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will hold its monthly meeting Thursday at Roosevelt Park. The event will begin with a social hour at 6 p.m. followed by a potluck dinner. Members should take a covered dish. The speaker's topic will be "Getting Organized," and members with perfect attendance will be recognized. XWilliam Penn Association Branch 28 of Youngstown will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Eat'n Park in Boardman to discuss upcoming events.
XYoungstown Music Teachers Association will meet at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Ursuline Center, Shields Road, Canfield. The afternoon will begin with a piano recital by Dr. Jacek Sobieski, organist and pianist at St. Charles Church in Boardman. A social hour and brief business meeting with Dorothy Schwers presiding will follow. The public is invited.

XGirard High School Athletic Boosters will meet at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the high school cafeteria.
XMcDonald Sideliners will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Blue Devil Room at the high school.
CLUBS
XAmerican Hungarian Club, Donald Avenue, Youngstown, will hold a business meeting at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Discussion of the stuffed cabbage roll sale May 6 and trash and treasure flea market June 4 will be on the agenda. Donations for the sale are being accepted; call (330) 792-3731. XOhio Cultural Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. May 2 at Grand Buffet, 7690 Market St., Boardman. The topic will be "The Immigrant Experience: From the Asian World to the Mahoning Valley." XLeague of Women Voters of Greater Youngstown and North Side Citizens Coalition will hold a candidates forum at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Stambaugh Auditorium in the downstairs ballroom. Barbara Brothers from League of Women Voters will moderate, and Joe Bell of WKBN Channel 27 and Bill Lawson, director of Mahoning Valley Historical Society, will be panelists. All candidates for contested offices in the Youngstown primary election have been invited.
