XThe engagement and coming marriage of Shantae C.S. Tate, daughter of Larry Tate of Youngstown and Virginia Tate of Atlanta, to Paul G. Green, son of Karen Clark-Green of Youngstown and the late Michael Green Sr., is being announced.
The couple will be married during an open ceremony at 2 p.m. May 14 at Mount Calvary Pentecostal Church in Youngstown, where a reception will follow.
Miss Tate is a secretary and tax preparer for Jackson Hewitt in Boardman. She is also a child-care provider and model. Her fianc & eacute; is a customer-service representative at West Corp. in Niles and student at Youngstown State University. He is also a singer, rapper and songwriter.
