Lordstown coach Keney nets 300th

Chaney, Rayen and Mooney won high school volleyball matches.
NORTH BLOOMFIELD -- Lordstown High volleyball coach Pat Keney recorded his 300th career victory Thursday as the Red Devils defeated Bloomfield 25-10, 25-7, 25-10 in a Northeastern Athletic Conference match.
Keney is in his third year at Lordstown. He previously coached at Jackson-Milton.
Samantha Kistler led the unbeaten Red Devils (11-0, 8-0) with 17 points, one ace and five kills. She was backed by Emily Rech's 15 points, ace, three digs and two kills, and Alycia Israel's six points, 27 assists and four blocks.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Breonna Rivers collected 15 points, seven aces and a kill for the Cowboys (8-3, 5-1 City Series). Quiana Faison added 11 points, four aces and a block.
Rayen 25-25-25, Campbell 17-17-21
CAMPBELL -- Joi Smith led the Tigers (9-7) with 13 points, nine aces and four kills. Sarah Block led the Rayen School with an outstanding defensive effort.
Mooney 25-25-21-25, Warren Harding 11-17-25-20
YOUNGSTOWN -- Michelle Pelini produced 39 hits, 16 kills and 22 points for the Cardinals (10-2). Taylor Pancoe added 33 hits, 13 kills and 15 points.
Harding is 3-7.
Canton GlenOak 25-23-25-25, Boardman 19-25-20-12
CANTON -- April Melquist led the Spartans (4-7, 1-4 Federal League) with eight points, 14 kills and five blocks. Lauren Rider had five points and six kills. Jen Dechillis made nine digs.
Nicole Cestefano sparked GlenOak (7-5, 3-2) with 43 assists and seven points.
Western Reserve 25-21-25-25, South Range 18-25-17-19
NORTH LIMA -- Andrea Martin paced the Blue Devils with 17 points and 15 digs. Also for Western Reserve (7-5, 2-2 Inter-County League), Tekla Toman scored eight points and killed 15 balls.
For the Raiders (2-9, 2-2), Pam Miller collected 20 assists and 10 digs while Annie Semko supported the attack with two aces and eight kills.
Lowellville 25-25-25, Jackson-Milton 21-19-15
LOWELLVILLE -- Lindsay Wilson led the Rockets (2-7, 1-3 ICL) with 23 assists. Kathy Peterson had 11 kills and Kaitlin McCarthy had seven kills and five digs.
Crestview 25-25-25, Sebring 23-12-18
SEBRING -- Elyse Mongillo scored 12 points, with two aces, 40 assists, one block and 99 sets to spark the Rebels (13-0, 8-0 Tri-County League). Tricia Richards had 11 points, one ace, 12 kills, one block and six digs.
Rachel Hawkins led the Trojans (5-7, 3-5) with eight points, three aces, three kills and three blocks. Kayla Faudree had six points, four aces, two kills, six assists and three blocks.
East Palestine 16-25-25-25-15, Lisbon 25-19-16-27-13
EAST PALESTINE -- Jen Yokley collected 30 points, 10 kills and 12 digs for East Palestine (5-4, 4-3 TCL) while Tiffany Faust contributed 25 points, 77 sets and eight blocks.
For Lisbon (2-9, 2-4), Ashley Adams had 12 kills and two blocks. Melissa Browne had 11 kills, 18 points and 15 digs.
Ledgemont 24-25-25-25, Youngstown Christian 26-17-5-23
YOUNGSTOWN -- Rachel Coristin led the Eagles (5-4) with nine blocks while Brittany Hopper had seven digs.
West Branch 26-29-25, Marlington 24-27-18
ALLIANCE -- Evelyn Woods had eight points, one save, 18 kills, three blocks and 22 passes for the Warriors (11-3, 6-2) in the Northeastern Buckeye Conference match. Lauren Pshsniak added 13 points, one save, 12 kills, four blocks and nine passes.
