XCroatian Home of St. George Lodge 66 will hold a pasta dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the clubrooms at 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. Dinners will feature your choice of red or white spaghetti, ravioli or cavatelli, salad, bread and butter, and coffee. Proceeds benefit the club's building fund.
XWestern Reserve Baptist Church 8590 Hitchcock Road, Boardman, will sponsor a community luncheon from noon to 1 p.m. A freewill donation will be accepted.

The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, string beans, applesauce, bread, and coffee or tea. XSt. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. Advance orders will be taken at (330) 747-3024 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, based upon availability. The cost is $3.50 a dozen potato and kraut and $4 for cottage cheese. Lunches are served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers and use the side entrance.

XBristolville United Methodist Church, Route 88 at 45, Bristolville, will hold its annual fall roast beef dinner from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Cost is $6.50 for adults, $3 for children 6 to 12 and $1 for those under 6. Carryouts will be available, and there also will be a bazaar table, bake sale and craft tables.
XKinsman United Methodist Church, 8362 Main St. N.E., will hold its annual turkey dinner and bazaar. The dinner will be served from 3 to 7 p.m., and tickets are $7 for adults and $3.50 for children 4 to 10. Those 3 and under are free. The bazaar booths will open at 2 p.m. The church is handicap accessible.
