What could be better than dinner and a movie?
Why not dinner and a show?
A murder mystery dinner theater will be offered at 7 p.m. Nov. 6 at Center Stage Bar and Grille in the Expo Center by Eastwood Mall, Niles. "A Vile of Vanities" will feature the Nittany Players of Penn-State Shenango. The play was written and directed by Dr. Thomas Rookey. For reservations, call (330) 544-7577 or (330) 505-8210.
Franklin Civic Operetta Association will perform "Nunsense II" on Nov. 5 and 6 in the Franklin Club, Franklin, Pa. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. Nov. 5 and a lunch buffet will begin at noon Nov. 6. Cost is $25. Call Barrow-Civic Theater at (814) 437-3440 to make reservations.
"Uncle Phil's Diner" will be presented by Two Blocks Off Broadway theater ministry at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 12-14 at Girard First United Methodist Church. Italian dinner show
Celebrate all things Italian at the ninth annual fall Italian dinner show Nov. 19 at the ITAM Post 3, 115 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown. Fernando Riccioni and Anita Mraz will be honored for their contributions to the community. Entertainment will be provided by Oro Puro (Pure Gold) from Cleveland, a show band that incorporates Italian favorites, do-wop, melodic blues and rhythm and blues. The opening act is Gerri & amp; Co. A Christmas dinner theater for the whole family will be offered by 34west Theater Company at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 1-4, 7-9 and 15-18 at Das Dutch Village Inn in Columbiana. A four-course meal begins at 7 p.m. "Christmas at the Inn" combines classic Abbott and Costello, original sketches, Christmas ballads and modern selections. Tickets are $40.
