YOUNGSTOWN -- The third of five concerts scheduled for the 108th season of Monday Musical Club has again been designated as a fund-raiser to benefit the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley.
Those attending the performance by Michael Feinstein at 8 p.m. Friday at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave., will have an opportunity to donate to the mission. Afterward, they are invited to a reception in the grand ballroom of the auditorium, where cookies, punch and coffee will be served.
Tickets for the concert are available by calling the Monday Musical office at (330) 743-2717. Patrons will receive an insert with their ticket order to help them prepare their donation in advance.
Members of Monday Musical have conducted the collection for the mission at its December concert for a number of years with donations totaling over $20,000.
