TODAY
XFraternal Order of Eagles 3298, 1655 Raccoon Road, Austintown, will serve dinners from 5 to 8 p.m. All-you-can-eat fish dinners are $6.95; four-piece honey-dipped chicken dinners are $8; all-you-can-eat spaghetti meals with two meatballs or rigatoni for $5; and pork chop dinners will be $7.95. XCroatian Home, 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown, will serve spaghetti dinners from 4:30 to 8 p.m. The meals will be available with red or white sauces, and will include meatballs, salad, bread with butter and coffee.
FRIDAY
XBazetta Christian Church, 4131 Bazetta Road, (corner of Everett Hull and Bazetta roads) Cortland, will hold a fish dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The menu is baked or fried fish, french fries, coleslaw, bread and butter, desserts and beverage. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Orders may be picked up from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide containers. The final sale will be May 28; sales will resume Sept. 10.
XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, string beans, applesauce, bread, and coffee or tea. XHoly Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pirogi, hot pirogi lunches and plain, cinnamon and powdered sugar doughnuts. Takeout only. Orders will be taken from 8 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday at (330) 746-9528. Orders should be placed early and are to be picked up by 2 p.m. Friday. Takeouts are by advance order only. Cost is $4 for a dozen pirogi.
XHubbard VFW 3767 Auxiliary, 710 W. Liberty St., will hold a fish fry from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Cost is $6.75 for large dinners, baked or fried, and $5 for small dinners. XNational Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, 2759 Lipkey Road, North Jackson, will be serving a fish buffet and selling pirogi. The buffet will be available from 3:30 to 7 p.m., and the cost will be $9 for adults and $6 for children. Potato and cheese pirogi may be ordered ahead as a takeout. The cost is $4 a dozen.
XSt. Anthony Church, 1125 Turin Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pizza and other Italian treats. Orders may be placed by calling (330) 746-9577 from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and must be picked up by 1 p.m.
XPotato, prune and kraut pirogi will be sold at St. Joseph the Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell. Phone orders may be made beginning at 8 a.m. at (330) 755-1316. Orders can be picked up beginning at noon. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers. There will be no walk-in sales. Final sales will be May 28.
XSt. Luke Church, 5235 South Ave., Boardman, will be baking Italian-style red and white pizza. Phone orders will be accepted at (330) 788-0025 between 8 and noon only. Pickup will be until 1 p.m. This is the final sale of the season. Sales resume in September.
XSt. Paul the Apostle Church, Main Street, New Middletown, will sell potato, sweet cabbage and cottage cheese pirogi. Orders can be called to (330) 542-3525 from 7 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday. The last sale for the season will be May 28.

XSalem Masonic Temple, 788 E. State St., Salem, will sponsor a public breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. The cost is $4.
