A Trumbull County grand jury indicted these people:
Michael D. McFarland, 18, Harneds Landing, Cortland, criminal damaging and theft.
Jesse A. Chitwood, no age available, McMyler, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
William R. Mills, 35, Stahl Avenue, Cortland, felonious assault.
Laurie L. Bobak, 32, Fowler St. Cortland, domestic violence.
Marco D. Dukes, 24, Wick Street S.E., Warren, illegal possession of a weapon, felonious assault, aggravated burglary, and kidnapping.
William D. Matlock, 29, Victoria Street S.W., Warren, rape.
Allen D. Cantrell, 37, First Street, Masury, possessing criminal tools, petty theft and aggravated trespass.
Dale B. Cantrell, 31, Rebecca Street, Masury, possessing criminal tools, petty theft and aggravated trespass.
Mark J. Gettings, 18, Highland Avenue, S.W., Warren, carrying a concealed weapon, unauthorized use of a vehicle and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Javaris Russell, 18, Union Street S.W., Warren, carrying concealed weapon and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
The grand jury declined to indict Melissa J. Fagnano, 34, Hartzell Avenue, Niles.
