XYOUNGSTOWN -- The rose garden at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park provided the setting at 5 p.m. June 5 for the wedding of Ashlie Case of Pine Trace Drive, Austintown, and David Foster, 99 Cook Road, Prospect, Conn. The bride is a daughter of Thomas and Georgia Case of Pine Trace Drive, and Mr. Foster is a son of Thomas Gaudioso of Connecticut and Elizabeth Kibler of California.
Judge James Evans officiated, and a reception followed at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitor Center. The couple honeymooned in Mexico and are living in Connecticut.
A strapless sheath of candlelight organdy over bridal satin was worn by the bride. It was enhanced with Alencon lace, pearls and rum-pink beading.
Her sister, Maggie Case, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Jill Rankin, Jenny Soble, Cristina Pastore, Karen Riley and Alissa Kiktavy. They wore periwinkle gowns. The bride's cousin, Mariah Blasko, and the groom's niece, Marlie Gaudioso, were flower girls.
Andrew Roy was best man, and groomsmen were Jason Gaudioso, the groom's brother; Ryan Case, the bride's brother; Jonathan Alberto; Brian Cotte; Joe Pearson; Billy Hernandez; and Rob Barber.
Mrs. Foster graduated summa cum laude from the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. She is a summer associate at Jones Day in Cleveland and is a student at Yale Law School. Her husband attended Quincy University and Montana State University, and is a volleyball coach in New Haven, Conn.
