Baldwin-Wallace overcame a 25-point first-half deficit to win, 85-82.
BEREA -- Matt Marks, a graduate of Boardman High, scored 19 points and Baldwin-Wallace rallied from a 25-point first-half deficit to beat Mount Union 85-82 Wednesday night.
Jason Ferwada's jumper with 5:21 remaining in the first half gave the Purple Raiders a 48-23 lead.
The Yellow Jackets (13-5, 8-3 Ohio Athletic Conference) opened the second half with a 29-12 run to tie the score at 63 with 7:02 remaining. Keith Aufmuth hit two foul shots with 15 seconds to go for two of his 18 points to seal the game.
Kyle Karpinski led Mount Union (12-6, 7-4) with 19 points. Rob Paulauskas scored 15, Chris Blakely had 12 and Brad Gerard scored 11.
Kenyon 69, Hiram 63
HIRAM -- Matt Formato scored 11 of his game-high 26 points in the final six minutes as Kenyon prevailed at Price Gymnasium.
Alex Neuman added 14 points for Kenyon (7-11, 4-5 North Coast Athletic Conference). A.J. White sparked the Terriers (4-14, 2-7) with 18 points.
Wooster 82, Allegheny 64
MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Senior guard Matt Magnusen became the 18th player in Allegheny history to score 1,000 career points in the loss.
Magnusen scored 21 points and had eight rebounds for the Gators (7-10, 3-6 NCAC).
Wooster (15-2, 8-1) was led by Tom Port, who had a game-high 24 points and 15 rebounds. Rodney Mitchell added 18 points and seven rebounds.
Matt Majzlik added 11 points and seven rebounds for Allegheny.
Geneva 92, Point Park 82
BEAVER FALLS, Pa. -- The Golden Tornadoes (12-9, 4-4 American Mideast Conference North), who placed five players in double figures, won their fourth straight.
Terrance Ward paced Geneva with 20 points, while Derrick Webb scored 15. Chad Mraz and Stefan Grundberg added 13 apiece and Tony Gerello had 11.
Grove City 65, Waynesburg 55
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- With the scored tied 34-34 at the break, the Wolverines (8-10, 2-2 Presidents' Athletic Conference) outscored Waynesburg 31-21 in the second half.
Tanner Prosser and Ryan Eller led the Wolverines with 18 points apiece. Mike King and Jeff Nero led Waynesburg (6-11, 1-3) each with 12 points.
Westminster 118,Washington & amp; Jefferson 111
WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Titans' (9-9, 4-0 PAC) were led by New Castle High graduate Mark DeMonaco with 29 points, while Ed Pagley, a New Castle native, and Pat O'Connor added 22 and 21, respectively.
Steve Burtton led Washington & amp; Jefferson (7-11, 1-3) with 32 points and Jon Koch scored 29.
Bethany 88, Thiel 74
BETHANY, W. Va. -- Bethany (13-4, 4-0 PAC) built a commanding 47-24 lead by the break, with Matt Drahos paced the Bisons with 20 points.
D.J. Cambridge sparked Thiel (6-13, 0-4) with 22 points.
Slippery Rock 61, Indiana, Pa. 60
SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. -- Slippery Rock led 33-28 at the intermission, then held off a late rally by Indiana at Morrow Field House.
Jajuan Davis and Jerome Smalls led Slippery Rock (5-13, 2-2 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West) with 15 and 10 points, respectively. Brian Kizzie led the Indians (12-6, 2-3) with 13 points.
