British lecturer set at Grove City College



GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Greg Smith of London, England, will speak on "America, Britain, and the Threat of the European Union" at 7 p.m. Monday in Sticht Lecture Hall of the Hall of Arts and Letters at Grove City College.
Smith, co-founder and executive director of Young Britons' Foundation, works with college students to spread the message within British universities of conservative politics and free markets. He has worked for Parliament member Andrew Rosindell, was involved with Conservative Future and graduated from The University of Birmingham.
Formerly a Parliamentary press officer and researcher, Smith has been active in the British Conservative Party for many years, working on national and local election campaigns. He serves on the executive committee of Conservative Way Forward.
The free event is sponsored by the Young America's Foundation, and the public is welcome to attend.
