SOAP SCOOP Daytime TV news

DERWIN VISITS SHOW: While his nighttime show, "Life with Bonnie," took a January recess, actor Mark Derwin reprised his former role as Ben on "One Life to Live," taping episodes that are scheduled to air next month. It will probably not be for more than a few days, but expect to see Ben reunited with Viki (Erika Slezak). Adriana is back on "OLTL," now played by Melissa Gallo. The character was last seen in September, but has returned thanks to River, who has marriage on his mind. Former "OLTL" star John Loprieno, who spent 10 years on the series as Cord Roberts, returns to the series this month, but for only one day.
SIGNED CONTRACT: "All My Children" has signed Natalia Cigliuti to the contract role of Anita Santos Warner. She debuts Feb. 18.
CHANGES: Cady McClain (Rosanna) will leave Oakdale soon, but not for keeps. The "As the World Turns" actress is exiting the series, but is expected to be written back into the storyline soon. Meanwhile, with actress Terri Columbino expecting her first child in July, there could be lots of complications in the heated love triangle of Katie, Mike and Simon, Katie's recently returned true love.
IN AND OUT: Michael will continue to look out for his own best interests on "Young and Restless" for some time to come. Christian LeBlanc recently renewed his contract for the role. On the way out, however, are Brittany's parents, Frederick and Anita, played by John H. Martin and Mitzi Kapture-Donahue. One of them, at least, has been threatened with foul play, but their departure at the end of the month will not necessarily be violent.
