LIBERTY -- The Building-a-Future Committee and school district administration will have a series of public information meetings to discuss a 7.9-mill emergency operating levy that will appear on the March primary ballot.
All meetings begin at 7 p.m. in the high school community room. A Monday meeting is for Blott Elementary parents; Tuesday, Guy Middle School parents; Wednesday, high school parents.
Parents who are unable to attend the meeting that is scheduled for their specific building can attend a meeting of their choice.
Candidate forum
YOUNGSTOWN -- The West Side Citizens Coalition of the 4th and 5th Wards will have a candidate forum at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 640 Industrial Road.
All candidates running in the March 2 primary in Mahoning County have been invited.
