JENNIFER JOHNSKEVIN MCCAUGHTRY
XCAMPBELL -- The wedding of Jennifer Lynn Johns, daughter of Merle and Judy Johns, 1355 Larchmont N.E., Warren, and Kevin Matthew McCaughtry, son of Donald and Jacquelyn McCaughtry, 12000 Fredrickstown Lane, Columbiana, took place at 3:30 p.m. July 17 at St. Michael Byzantine Church.
Monsignor Victor Romza officiated, and a reception was held at the Byzantine Center at the Grove in Youngstown.
The couple honeymooned in Maui and are living in Jacksonville, Fla.
The bride wore an A-line gown of ivory satin designed with an apron back and organza inset. It was embellished with metallic beaded embroidery, and a tiara held her elbow-length champagne veil.
The groom's sister, Kerri Morris of Struthers, was matron of honor. She wore a Victorian lilac gown. Flower girl was the bride's niece, Keasha Johns of Steubenville.
Ron Johns of Howland, the bride's brother, performed the duties of best man, and the bride's son, Joseph Johns of Warren, was ring bearer. Ushers were Merle Johns of Steubenville, the bride's brother, and Monte Morris of Struthers, the groom's brother-in-law.
Mr. McCaughtry attended Ohio and Youngstown state universities and is a U.S. Navy corpsman in Jacksonville.
His wife is a student at YSU and is employed at YPS Integrated Systems in Warren. She will join her husband after completing her studies this year.
