HUBBARD
April 15
Theft: A man in the 100 block of South Main Street reported his bicycle stolen while he was at Video Express, 230 N. Main St.
April 18
Assault: A Hubbard woman reported being assaulted while at a residence in the 900 block of East Liberty Street.
Assault: A Westview Avenue woman alleged her boyfriend assaulted her at their residence.
April 19
Arrest: Warren police arrested a Hubbard man, 30, on a warrant from Hubbard charging him with robbery.
Theft: A Willowick, Ohio, man reported leaving a camera lens at the Emerald Diner, 825 N. Main St., and that it was gone when he returned for it.
April 20
Burglary: A man came home to his apartment in the 10 block of Water Street and found his door had been kicked in.
April 21
Arrest: Youngstown police arrested a Hubbard man wanted on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under suspension.
Possible theft: An employee at Handyman of Hubbard, 35 S. Main St., alleged a Hubbard boy, 14, carried a package into a restroom, opened it and placed it in a wastebasket.
Breaking and entering: An employee at Rite Aid Pharmacy, 147 W. Liberty St., told police she saw a man trying to break into an apartment across the street from the business.
Recovered property: A Campbell woman recovered her 1991 Mitsubishi from C & amp;C Towing & amp; Service, 3083 Maplewood St., after she returned from vacation and reported it stolen. The vehicle had been used in a shoplifting incident.
GIRARD
April 20
Recovered property: Police noticed that a 1987 Chevrolet Caprice, parked on East Prospect Street and determined to have been stolen in Youngstown, had its steering column and dashboard damaged, and that an AM/FM radio was missing.
Auto theft: A man in the 600 block of Church Hill Road reported his 1988 Olds Delta stolen from a parking lot in the 500 block of Church Hill Road.
April 21
Attempted theft: An employee at Rite Aid Pharmacy, 713 N. State St., alleged a Youngstown woman in her late 40s tried to steal a $100 blood pressure monitor.
