XYOUNGSTOWN -- Married at 2 p.m. Aug. 30 at St. Edward Church were Diane M. McNally, daughter of John and Jeanne McNally, 44 Redfern Drive, Liberty, and Christopher M. Bassetti, son of John and Patrice Bassetti, 470 Sunset Drive, Hubbard.
The ceremony was solemnized by the Rev. Frank Lehnerd, and a reception was held at Stambaugh Auditorium.
The couple have postponed their honeymoon until February and are living at 424 E. Stewart Ave., Columbus.
A strapless, A-line gown designed with a chapel train was worn by the bride. The neckline was enhanced with embroidery and beading of Swarovski crystals, sequins and bugle beads.
The bride's sister, Michelle McNally-O'Brien, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Annalise Bassetti, the groom's sister, and Stephanie Nocera, Stacie Diana, Leslie Miklandric and Rebecca Prussia. They wore blue gowns. Flower girl was Morgan Weiss.
John Bassetti was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Anthony Biondillo, Joseph Dambrogio, John Thiel, Raymond Soloman and the bride's brothers, Christopher McNally and John McNally IV.
Prior to her marriage, Mrs. Bassetti was an agent manager for Dart America Inc. in Canfield. She holds a degree in criminal justice from Youngstown State University.
Her husband graduated from YSU with a degree in political science. He is a firefighter with the city of Columbus Division of Fire.
