SALES
CAMPBELL -- Charmer Sunbelt Group of New York has promoted Campbell native Joe Davolio to vice president of sales and marketing, a new position for Sunbelt Beverage, and also appointed him to the company's board of directors. Davolio had been president and chief executive of another Charmer Sunbelt company, Premier Beverage, in Florida, since 1999.
He graduated from Campbell Memorial High School in 1965 and is a 1970 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He lives in Maryland.
REAL ESTATE
BOARDMAN -- Eric Caspary recently joined Coldwell Banker First Place Real Estate as general manager of the Mahoning and Columbiana offices, serving Boardman, Canfield and Columbiana. He will be working out of the Boardman office.
A Poland resident, Caspary has 18 years of experience as an agent and broker and extensive experience in management. He received his real estate training at Youngstown State University and Hondros College and previously owned a real estate company, Eric J. Caspary Realty, and worked as a manager and broker for another area real estate agency.
AUSTINTOWN -- Veteran real estate agent David Sokol has opened his own real estate agency, David Sokol Realty at 43 S. Beverly Ave. He worked with a national franchise for more than 20 years, moving to the Mahoning Valley in 1988. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Akron.
HEALTH CARE
AUSTINTOWN -- Mark C. Barabas, a native of Austintown, has been named chief executive of Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown, Pa. Formerly chief operating officer at the same hospital, Barabas has seen patient activity grow 30 percent during his tenure. He has more than 25 years' experience as a hospital executive, coming to the Mercy Health System from Community Hospital of Lancaster, where he was president and chief executive. He also served as administrator and chief executive officer of the former Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital.
Barabas earned his diploma in hospital administration from the University of Toronto and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. He lives in Skippack, Pa.
BANKING
WARREN -- Second National Bank has appointed Michael V. Musolino as vice president and private banking officer and promoted Linda A. D'Amico to retail banking officer at its Lordstown Banking Center.
Musolino joined the bank in August, bringing more than six years of banking experience. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and is licensed to sell insurance in Ohio. He will work with bank customers in Trumbull and Ashtabula counties.
D'Amico joined Second National in 1998 when it bought Trumbull Savings & amp; Loan. She had more than 20 years of banking experience at that time.
SOCIAL SERVICE
MERCER -- Aware Inc., Mercer County's Center Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, has added three new staff members. Eleanor Pope and Lisa Adams have joined the center as victim advocates, and Gillian Maule signed on as a counselor and advocate.
Adams has a bachelor's degree in human resources from Pennsylvania State University-Behrend Campus and previously served as a youth employment counselor at West Central Job Partnership. She lives in Hadley, Pa.
Pope has a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree in community counseling, both from Youngstown State University. A Masury resident, she previously was a medical social worker at Sharon Regional Hospital.
Maule earned her social work certification in Great Britain and has experience working with at-risk youth and youth offenders. She lives in Sharon.
