ASSOCIATIONS
XYo-Mah-O Chapter, International Association of Administrative Professionals, will sponsor a membership open house at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Lockwood House in Boardman. Prospective members will receive a free dinner while learning about the organization. Reservations are required by Oct. 6 by calling (330) 652-1784 or (330) 547-5132. Those who join during the open house will have chapter dues waived. International and Division dues of $76 will be payable that evening.
AUXILIARIES
XThe volunteer auxiliary of Western Reserve Care Center will sponsor a program by Becky Wehr, handwriting analyst, at noon Sept. 29 at Forum Health Northside Medical Center, Classroom A, 500 Gypsy Lane. The cost is $1 and dessert will be provided. Reservations are due by Thursday with Agnes Krut, (330) 755-5296.
CLASSES
XStruthers High School Class of 1943 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Friday at The Elmton in Struthers. All January and June class members are invited.
CLUBS
XFriends of the Campbell Library will meet at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 30 at the library. All members and prospective members are urged to attend.
XThe breakfast membership mixer of the Greater Youngstown Chapter of LeTip International will meet at 7:16 a.m. Oct. 1 at the Holiday Inn South, Boardman. LeTip, a professional organization in which each business category is represented by one person. Those attending should have business cards to share. XGreater Youngstown Parliamentary Law Unit will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at 365 McClurg Road in Boardman. A workshop on parliamentary procedure and effective meeting leadership will follow the meeting. New members are welcome. For information call (330) 965-0982.
XOhio Cultural Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. Oct. 6 at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church hall, 1836 North Road N.E., Warren. Speaker will be Dr. George D. Beelen, retired professor of history at Youngstown State University, who is of Romanian ancestry. Playing Romanian music will be Betty Bannon, accordion; Sally Dolovy, violin; and Jeffrey Bremer, acoustic bass. The menu will be chicken stew and corn meal mush, Romanian stuffed cabbage, green beans in mushroom sauce, Romanian sausage, rice pilaf, tossed salad and Romanian pastries. XParents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the McDonald post office.
XWomen's Committee for Children's Concerts will meet at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Lake Vista Clubhouse in Cortland. Brunch will be provided, and hostesses will be Virginia Cook and Sally Dolovy.
XYoungstown After 5 plans a dinner and country fair from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Lockwood House, 7095 Lockwood Blvd., Boardman. The speaker will be Rose Britner whose topic is "From Total Rejection to Total Acceptance." Marty Campana will conduct an auction. GRANGES
XVienna Grange will meet at noon Sept. 27 at Copper Penny Masonic Lodge hall, Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna Center.
SINGLES
XCatholic Alumni Club of Youngstown Inc. will hold a picnic from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 5 at Georgeanna Parker Activity Center in Boardman Township Park. Participants should take board games, cards and food to share. The cost is $7 with a reservation and $8 without.

The annual election of officers will be held during a meeting at 4 p.m. Oct. 26 at Sacred Heart Retreat House, Logan Way, Liberty. Dinner will be at 4:30. SOCIETIES
XHammond Organ Society will meet at 7 p.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church. Hosts will be Merle and Mary Shively and Juanita Hughes. A social hour will follow the business meeting, and entertainment will be by members.
SUPPORT GROUPS
XD.A.R.E., a social group for divorced, widowed or separated people, will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday for dance lessons with Judy Conti. The cost is $5. A business meeting and election of officers will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Boardman Christian Church, 565 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman.
