State official to speak
YOUNGSTOWN -- Deputy Secretary of State Beryl D. Anderson will speak at the ITT Technical Institute graduation, scheduled for 6 p.m. June 5 at Austintown Fitch High School. Sixty-three graduates will receive associate's degrees. Anderson advises Secretary of State Ken Blackwell on marketing, elections and general administration issues. She seeks to educate Ohio residents on the importance of civic involvement.
