KELLY BITZERJASON ACIERNO
XCANFIELD -- St. Michael Church was the setting at 1:30 p.m. May 17 as Kelly Bitzer and Jason Acierno were married by the Rev. Terry Hazel.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. David Bitzer, 3583 Meander Reserve Circle; Sandra Acierno, 601 W. Park Ave., Hubbard; and Mr. and Mrs. Carmen Acierno, 481 Laurel St., Youngstown.
A reception was held at the Maronite Center in Youngstown, and the couple honeymooned in Cancun. They live at 3621 McCarty Drive.
A white matte satin and tulle gown was worn by the bride. The tank-style bodice was enhanced with lace and pearls, and the hemline was similarly embellished. The skirt extended to a semicathedral train.
Her sister, Kristen Bailey, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Melissa and Erica Acierno, the groom's sisters-in-law; Heather Oyler; Chrystal Rushen; Charlene Theiss; and Kaitlynn Bitzer, the bride's sister. They wore champagne-colored gowns. Flower girl was the bride's goddaughter, Josette Theiss.
Mike Miller was best man, and groomsmen were Jeff and Michael Acierno, the groom's brothers; Bill Oyler; A.J. Balog; Shawn Theiss; and Dave Bitzer, the bride's brother. Her nephew, Hunter Bailey, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Acierno is a student at Kent State University Salem Campus and is employed as an associate at Kohl's in Boardman.
Her husband is sales manager at Stadium Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda in Boardman.
