GIRARD
June 15
Theft: A woman in the 400 block of East Wilson Avenue reported a box knife missing from her residence.
June 16
Assault: An East Howard Street man reported a man assaulted him at the victim's residence during an argument. The victim was found with a bloody nose.
Identity theft: A man in the 200 block of Church Hill Road discovered someone used his name to fraudulently open an account at a Cincinnati bank, and that three deposits totaling $320 had been made.
Criminal damaging: Someone used a key to damage a vehicle's hood, roof and trunk while the car was in the 40 block of Shawnee Drive.
June 17
Theft: An employee at Petrone Landscaping, 1752 N. State St., reported a $1,000 radio taken from a dump truck.
LIBERTY
June 10
Theft: An employee at American Inn, 1600 Motor Inn Drive, reported a man left without paying a $188 room charge.
Assault: A man in the 4000 block of Parkwood Avenue reported a neighbor assaulted him in his own truck. The man had a bruise on his right eye.
June 11
Assault: A man in the 3100 block of Hadley Avenue alleged a 40-year-old Niles man attacked him as they argued about money.
Arrest: Police arrested a 26-year-old Youngstown man on a warrant charging him with receiving stolen property.
Auto theft: A 1999 Jeep Wrangler was stolen from a driveway in the 600 block of Murray Hill Drive.
June 12
Criminal mischief: A woman in the 500 block of Warren Road discovered someone wrote obscenities at the end of her driveway.
Criminal damaging: A man alleged his former girlfriend threw a brick at his vehicle, damaging its roof, in the 100 block of Trumbull Avenue.
June 13
Burglary: A woman in the 10 block of Holly Drive reported her apartment broken into and an X-box system and various video games stolen.
Criminal damaging: A man in the 3500 block of Denver Drive reported someone scratched his vehicle's hood and passenger side.
Theft: A 36-year-old Youngstown woman was charged with misdemeanor theft and obstructing official business after two pairs of shoes were stolen from Payless Shoesource, 3551 Belmont Ave. Police say she also provided false information about her identity.
Theft: A woman stole three pairs of girls sandals from Payless Shoesource.
Assault: A Girard boy reported a man, 47, tried to run him off the road while the victim was in his vehicle, and that the man struck him in the face, near state Routes 193 and 304.
June 14
Arrest: Police charged a 47-year-old Youngstown man with menacing by stalking and aggravated trespassing after a woman in the 3000 block of Green Acres Drive alleged the man forced his way into her apartment.
Theft: A woman discovered her vehicle's front Ohio license plate missing when the car was parked at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex, 1620 Motor Inn Drive.
June 15
Criminal damage/assault: A Youngstown man reported a man punched him in the face and kicked his vehicle's passenger-side door during an argument about a parking space at Choices Niteclub, 1620 Motor Inn Drive.
June 16
Assault: A Youngstown boy reported several males got out of a vehicle and struck him in the face with an undetermined object and kicked him while he was on the ground after a fight near Colonial Drive and Hadley Avenue.
Theft: A woman reported an AM/FM compact-disc car stereo removed from her vehicle when it was in the Wendy's parking lot, 4001 Belmont Ave.
Domestic violence: A 16-year-old Sampson Drive girl was charged with domestic violence and being a delinquent child after her mother alleged the girl grabbed her around the neck during an argument at their residence.
Vandalism: Someone used a black marker to damage a picnic table at Church Hill Park on Belmont Avenue.

June 12
Recovered property: A Christian Avenue man reported recovering his bicycle that was stolen from a garage in the 100 block of Fifth Avenue.
June 13
Fraud: A Youngstown woman reported someone stole her bank passbook and identification card and used them to fraudulently make a withdrawal from her account at Sky Bank, 11 S. Main St.
June 14
Assault: A Hubbard man reported someone assaulted him in the 200 block of East Liberty Street. The victim's eye was swollen shut and he had various cuts on his face.
June 15
Assault: A West Liberty Street man alleged a female assaulted him when he was near Christian Avenue and Scott Street.
Criminal mischief: A man in the 800 block of Elmwood Drive reported his mailbox damaged.
June 16
Criminal mischief: A man reported some juveniles used a marker to write on a piece of equipment at Roosevelt Playground, 110 Orchard Ave.
Theft: A man in the 200 block of Elmwood Drive reported someone removed from the front of his residence a Youngstown State University flag and pole.
Vandalism: A Hubbard schools employee reported vandalism to the Roosevelt School courtyard, 110 Orchard Ave.
