BIG TEN Moye leads Indiana's victory

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- With Indiana's big men lacking passion and production, coach Mike Davis turned to A.J Moye to bail out the Hoosiers down the stretch.
Bracey Wright scored 17 points and Tom Coverdale added 13 as No 17 Indiana beat Charlotte 70-60 Saturday in Davis' first game since serving a one-game suspension.
The Hoosiers (10-2) needed a late 11-4 run to put Charlotte (5-6) away.
Brown led Charlotte with 16 points and Sager had 14.
No. 11 Illinois 88, Oakland, Mich. 53
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Brian Cook had 22 points and 11 rebounds and Sean Harrington added 20 points for No. 11 Illinois.
Rawle Marshall scored 22 to lead the Grizzlies (5-6).
Penn State 68, Buffalo 60
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Brandon Watkins scored 14 points and Penn State (5-6) came back from a double-digit deficit.
Turner Battle had 21 points for the Bulls (3-7).
Wisconsin 73, Chicago St. 45
MADISON, Wis. -- Devin Harris scored nine of his 19 points in the first four minutes of the second half to lead Wisconsin.
Harris was 5-of-7 from the field for the Badgers (10-2).
Rubeen Perry had 10 points for Chicago State.
Michigan 84, IUPUI 79
ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- LaVell Blanchard had 23 points and Lester Abram scored a career-high 20 points to lead Michigan (7-6) to its seventh straight win.
Odell Bradley scored a career-high 26 for the Jaguars (6-8). Josh Mullins scored 16 points and Matt Crenshaw added 12, but both fouled out.
Minnesota 79, Sacred Heart 46
MINNEAPOLIS -- Rick Rickert returned to the starting lineup to score 14 points, and Minnesota finished its nonconference schedule.
Maurice Hargrow added 11 points for the Golden Gophers (8-3).
Reserves Jeff Hagen (12 points) and Aaron Robinson (11 points) both hit career highs for Minnesota.
Maurice Bailey scored 18 points for the Pioneers (1-9),.
Purdue 84, Montana 66
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Willie Deane and Chris Booker scored 14 points apiece as Purdue won its third straight.
Kilgore and freshman Melvin Buckley finished with 11 points each for the Boilermakers (8-3), who shot 46 percent from the floor.
Kevin Criswell led the Grizzlies (6-9) with 16 points.
No. 16 Missouri 88, Iowa 82
IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Ricky Clemons banked in a rally-stopping 3-pointer with 1:18 left and finished with a season-high 27 points for Missouri.
Missouri (8-1) was clinging to an 80-78 lead and only four seconds remained on the shot clock when Clemons fired from the left wing, two steps behind the 3-point arc. The ball banked in, drawing an exasperated sigh from the crowd of 14,582 and giving the Tigers an 83-78 lead.
Iowa (8-3) lost the ball at the other end on Arthur Johnson's steal and Missouri hit five free throws over the final 51 seconds to wrap it up.
Northwestern 70, Long Island 42
EVANSTON, Ill. -- Jitim Young scored 15 points and had 13 rebounds and T.J. Parker added 13 for Northwestern (8-3).
Antawn Dobie led Long Island (3-7) with 11 points.
