UNITY Six are hurt in crash involving 3 vehicles

The patrol said a driver struck another driver from behind.
UNITY -- The Lisbon post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-vehicle crash that sent six people to area hospitals.
Maria Fabiilli, 75, of Canfield was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown after the crash around 12:30 p.m. Sunday in Unity Township.
Also injured -- and taken to Salem Community Hospital -- were Winifred Whitehead, 90, of East Palestine; Eleanor Gaeta, 79, of Cuyahoga Falls; Jenniferdean Kelvington, 39; and Kelvington's 13- and 11-year-old daughters, whose names were not available. The Kelvingtons live in East Palestine.
All but Fabiilli were taken to Salem Community Hospital. No information on their conditions was available from either Salem Community Hospital or St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Dominic Fabiilli, 38, of Canfield, did not seek medical treatment after the crash.
The patrol said Dominic Fabilli was driving east on state Route 14 Sunday afternoon when his car was struck in the rear by a car driven by Gaeta. Gaeta was also eastbound on Route 14.
Gaeta's car then went left of center, the patrol said, striking a vehicle driven by Jenniferdean Kelvington. Kelvington was driving west on Route 14.
Gaeta was cited for failure to control her vehicle.
