NORTH LIMA -- South Range Board of Education will have its annual reorganization meeting at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 12 in the high school library. New board officers will be elected and meeting dates for 2004 will be set.
Springfield school board
NEW MIDDLETOWN -- Springfield Board of Education will have its annual reorganization meeting at 7 p.m. Jan. 13 at the intermediate school auditorium at the district complex. New board officers will be chosen and meetings for 2004 will be set. The monthly caucus will follow, and the regular voting meeting will begin at 8 p.m.
Earning college credit
YOUNGSTOWN -- Youngstown State University's Associate Degree and Tech Prep Programs with College Tech Prep will sponsor an informational breakfast meeting for parents of high school sophomores at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 10 in the Ohio Room of Kilcawley Center. Parents will learn how their children can save money on college tuition by earning college credit from YSU while they are still high school students.
