The "007 Days of Christmas" movie marathon continues with James Bond flicks "Goldfinger" (6:30 p.m., Spike) and "Diamonds Are Forever" (9 p.m.).
The year's biggest stories about country music and its stars are reviewed in "CMT Noisemakers," (9 p.m., Country Music Television). The one-hour comprehensive program covers the news that rocked the music world, topped by the loss of iconic legends Johnny Cash and his wife, June Carter Cash. The CMT retrospective also takes a look at some of 2003's heated controversies.
In the 26th annual event, "The Kennedy Center Honors" (9 p.m., CBS) recognizes contributions to American culture through the performing arts has a new host this year -- Caroline Kennedy filled in for Walter Cronkite, who had laryngitis at the time of the Dec. 7 taping. This year's honorees are musician James Brown, actress Carol Burnett, singer Loretta Lynn, director Mike Nichols and violinist Itzhak Perlman.
"Rock's Most Played 2003" (10 p.m., MTV) revisits the 27 rock videos most played on MTV2. Among acts are Foo Fighters and AFI.
