Charles R. Parisi, 44, Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles; theft and misdemeanor passing bad checks.
Thyessa E. Clark, 24, Slater Road, Williamsfield, Ohio; criminal trespass and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors.
Sarah A. Mahaney, 22, Black Sea Road, Jefferson, Ohio; criminal trespass and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors.
Paul W. Lynch, 24, Fess Drive, Geneva, Ohio; criminal trespass and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors.
Delmar Daniels, 30, Wick Street, Warren; two counts of forgery.
Michael Cayson, 34, North Road, Niles; felonious assault and abduction, both with firearm specifications and illegal possession of a firearm.
Ralph Williamson, 42, Bane Street Southwest, Warren; failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
John Biviano, 39, Waseka Lane, Boardman; felonious assault.
Johnny C. Mitchell II, 26, East Philadelphia Street, Youngstown; aggravated robbery with firearm specification.
Emmanuel J. Sanchez Jr., 20, Miller Avenue, Warren; carrying concealed weapon.
Michael D. Leonard, 22, Hayes Avenue Southwest, Warren; three counts of rape.
Ronald J. McClure, 21, Sheridan Avenue, Niles; unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance and receiving stolen property.
William A. Johnson III, 30, Shalom Street, Warren; two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a prior felony DUI conviction.
