MOVING ON: Roselyn Ferris, longtime clerk for Trumbull County commissioners, will retire to take a job as executive secretary for Michael O'Brien, who will become Warren's mayor next month. Ferris paid an employment agency for her first county job, as a clerk in the commissioners office 37 years ago.
